Use MOFAD’s Production Queue to place orders into a batch for processing. During processing  MOFAD adjusts  the inventory level, processes credit cards, flags orders with bad credit cards and prints picklists and shipping labels. Orders flagged due  to bad credit cards can either be canceled or a letter can be generated requesting a different credit card number.
MOFAD’s Production queue supports Frost Zoning.  When an item is flagged as a frost zoned item that item can only be shipped when the weather conditions are favorable for the item. Frost zones are established by zip code prefix and date ranges. Frost zoned items being shipped into  a potentially unfavorable location will not be selected for  shipment until it is safe for shipment. Letters can be generated for customer’s who orders are being held due to the frost zoning.
MOFAD’s support of Quantity Breaks is amazing! When shipment label printing, orders with multiple types of items on one order will automatically be split into  different shipping labels if they are identified with different package types for shipping. Then the shipping labels are  further divided into multiple shipping labels based upon the quantity break setting of the item. Items that have quantity breaks may split  further into multiple shipping labels and possibly split into different label formats designed for different shipping vendors. The purpose of spitting shipping labels by  the quantity break is to select the most cost efficient shipping method based upon the quantities being shipped. As an example if the most efficient way to ship an order of one item is by USPS, an order for two items by UPS, any orders for 3 – 10 items is best shipped by UPS but needs to  be in shipped in quantities of three and orders of 11 or more are best shipped using RPS. Then you will want to use MOFAD’s quantity break features  because that is exactly what quantity breaks can do for you. The quantity break settings can save you time and money.
New shipping reports and customized shipping  labels formats designed by the user are seamlessly integrated into the MOFAD system and become integral components of the software.
